Your Team

You might be a team of 1 or 1000, but our first action remains exactly the same:

Recognize and Identify the incredible wealth of knowledge and experience already present in the members of your team.

Your team already has representatives of the users of your entire solution. These are people in your business: Sarah, from Accounting, who is responsible for the creation and management of cheques; Chuck, from Client Services, who oversees new client accounts; Mandy, from IT, who diligently provides data entry service every day. These are the people who already understand your business processes and who will provide valuable “from-the-floor” input into how the solution/system needs to work. These are your subject-matter experts (SMEs).

Our Process

When we work with you, it is essential that we develop and document a complete understanding of what you want. Our Process is designed to promote on-going dialog with you: about your business, your goals, your people, your concerns – in order to ultimately deliver the solutions that solve your business needs.

Stage 1: Strategic Gap Analysis

There is a natural separation, or ‘gap’, that exists between your business problem and our technical expertise. No one understands your business better than you, and that includes us. So, it is vital that we begin by gathering information about your processes and infrastructure. (Continued)

Stage 2: Innovative Blueprint Design

Think of a house being built: before the excavation is dug, a well-defined plan, the blueprint, is created that defines dimensions, materials and features. These elements represent your requirements for a home you want. Your solution is no different. We work with you through this stage to document the rules, interfaces and decision tools that are essential to the correct operation of your solution. (Continued)

Stage 3: Construction & Pilot Testing

Based on your vision and blueprint, we begin constructing each piece of the solution, and follow up construction with Quality Assurance testing. (Continued)

Stage 4: Targeted User Training

Your solution is built, and your users are ready to learn! This stage is all about providing “how-to” training to your user-base in the most appropriate forum. (Continued)

Stage 5: Go Live

Stage 6: Optimization, Maintenance & Support

Typically, there are tasks that need to be completed after Implementation: a business rule to be changed; new users to be trained; an additional decision tool to be created. We stand ready to assist you with supporting your solution. (Continued)
