  • We storyboard to define what an Interface must contain in order to mirror the business process already in place.
  • We discuss, review and document the inputs and outputs of the business process, so that the solution can be rigorously tested with real-life information.
  • We thoroughly inspect each process in order to identify and document the rules and actions that govern the data engaged by the process, so that the solution works exactly the way you want it to.
  • We talk with your team and identify the business tools – Reports, Charts, Exported Spreadsheets, Customized Correspondence – that are needed in order to increase effectiveness.
  • Finally, we work with your SMEs to identify how best to train the users of your solution, so that the transition is comfortable and simple.
